The other reason is that you're posting a very dumb because Black arrow is a prerequisite for Explosive in the current PTR build.

With my RAP it will do like 3300 damage over 12 seconds and plus it's base damage will be nice. Has anyone thought about this?-My name is Die and I am a WoW Addict
