Gear makes little differee to be honest for priests. I have swapped between Di and Shadow and I just swap out about 4 pies of gear (gloves, helm, belt and weaponoffhand) for
rep items properly gemmed and ehanted to enable me to reh the hitap when I go shadow and I just have to srife a littlerithaste whh I make up with food buffs. All the other stats are the same so gear is not a real issue. The main issue is loosing all the bonus healing. You will still have a
huge range of healing spells giving you massive flexibility. Youan shieldrenew your dps to keep them alive, keep prayer of mending bouing round all the time and use flash healgreater heal to keep your tank alive. Youan also throw out prayer of healing when aoe damage hits. However you will not have the strength of a Di priests shield and penaeombo norile of healing or the huge boost to the figures atthed to the major healing spells from the healing sps. I would say if you want to try and heal as shadow prte your rotation to enable the most effient healing from what you have. Your spellpower will now irease your healing and high haste means more time to ret as well as highrit giving you more health per mana. It is possible but how long for depends on how geared your tank is, how fast your retions are and how patient your group is.
If you do dide to give it a go I'd highly rommend getting hold of GRID. This allows you to see easily and simply who has aggro, who has magdisease on them whh you need to get rid of as well as allowing easy trking of health bars and simpler seltion of players. wowurseomdownloads...sgrid.aspx Good lk.
