sie), I''ve healed almost every

While leveling (and sie), I've healed almost every northrend 5-man as Shadow. The only one's I've not healed as Shadow are OK (haven't run it at all), HoS (only a partial run to get to the Elder for the Elder's of Dungeons hievement) and HoL. I've RUN HoL (and healed it, but I resp'd for it). It's not hard. It takes a little better understanding of the tools you do have and what to use, when. You don't have all the extra trks that a Holy or Di Priest would bring, but you don't really need them. You don't have the boosts torits or healing done due to talents. In my gear (high Herocrafted bluespurples, ~1500 SP unbuffed as Shadow), I lose about 200 spellpower when I go from Holy bk to Shadow due to the loss of Spiritual Guidae. All it does is make my heals hit for slightly less. Iompensate by paying a littleloser attention and dropping heals a little earlier than I might be tempted to if I had the extras from DiHoly. The only thing I miss while healing as Shadow is the 0.5 redtion to theast time of Greater Heal. The differee between 3.0 and 2.5an be deadly, sometimes.
Mikelolol pointed this out in another thread (thanks Mike!)

The only thing Holy Priests are lking that other PvP healers have, is self-mitigation. Di Priests have had damage redtion talents. Paladins have their all mighty bubble. Druids have HoT + shapeshift and run around. Shaman... well uhmm do resto shamans arena? Anyway, bk on top. This new bubble form, will give us a ne speed burst to get away, as long as we aren't snared. So weanast our instant healsoH goodness right there) on the run, PoM bouing around, Surge prcing off of theoH. It's prettyool, kind of makes holy PvP healing similar to druids run around and heal strategy. And don't dismiss the potential to remove poisons, that's pretty sweet.
