Runners

I remember when I was young, in my late teens and early 20s, runners were a nightmare as a feral. No feral charge, bash on a cd, hard to kill something w just one maul even if it's at 10... Boy did that change. After 30, nothing will get more than a couple of steps from you.Several ways to deal with Runners:
1. Bash (as you've said)
2. Feral Charge (level 20 talent)
3. Entangling Roots (automatically shifts you out of bear)
4. When you originally engage the mob, pull them back farther away from other mobs.
5. If you still have trouble with them in cat form, save enough energy for Shred (level 22 skill) right before they run (easier if you have the talent that makes Shred cheaper.)

Take two steps back to get in range and charge them, it has a 4-second immobilize effect, which is enough for 2 swings in bear form. Should be enough to finish it off.At your lvl you can use bash to briefly stun the runner before you finnish him off. Later on you get feral charge (if you choose to spec feral). Even later when you get cat form you can just slap enough bleed effects on them so they die before they get very I'm really having a good time with my druid, thanks to you all However, I do have a bit of a problem sometimes with runners. Right now I've been fighting in bear form and slapping maul on the mobs when they have the last little bit of life left, but sometimes it misses and I shift out and nuke the runners. Of course, sometimes that misses too. How do you all usually deal with fast runners? I'm only 16 as yet, perhaps cat form will deal with this problem better?
